Positive and negative ways of being are both just perspectives. It is easy for one to be consumed by one or the other, if by choice. Once consumed; it is hard to see and live in way outside of these perspectives.

Unconditional love is without conditions. 
The projection that I’m here and your are there is a condition.. 
We can not love others if we don’t see that it’s your self from a different perspective. The only way to love unconditionally is when you in coherence love yourself. The balance is to love self and when this is achieved how can you hate another ?
