A sacred transmission, invocation, song, prayer or intention (call it whatever suits you) to remember one's own inherent Buddha Nature and come back, return to one's own coherent being rooted in divine unconditional love. 

This has brought me immense strength in the most challenging and darkest times of my life.  It became my anchor. My intention to share this is - may it brings you the same and more strength, self-belief + healing that it brought me.  May it guide you to your soul's unique call.
