PVC16 is a psychedelic electro-punk band from Tallinn, Estonia, formed in summer 2016 – the day Alan Vega died, to be exact. The band consists of two Russian poets and one American, Steve Vanoni, who occasionally plays sax on their recordings and tours with the duo. The band has released three albums, performed live at TMW 2017, Kultuuritolm 2017, Vilsandi Trance 2017, Mägede Hääl 2018 and also played at the opening of an exhibition by famous local architect Vilen Künnapu.

The shows of the band are a non-stop ceremony where lyrical and repetitive parts of the music are taking you to the wonderful and frightening world of PVC16!
