Hello to Filip aka Pysh, who is friend of the family for a long time yet but it took a while until good things come to an end. Both Originals are that cup of tea we like to drink in 2022 so it was an easy thing to welcome Filip to our aquarium with these two monsters. And a warm welcome back to our almost naked boy (remember the cover from "Nostalgia"): My Secret Playground – on remix duties. His interpretation is another one for the floor. Spicy but with a lot of love. So here we are: 3x music for the peak time.

As well as their much talked about residency in Ibiza at Heart this summer, Do Not Sit continued to hold down the underground house sound they are so well known for back home in Miami, and made waves across the world with always deep, spiritual, journey sounds that make a true emotional impact. Here, the best tunes of 2019 are all served up to give a great overview of this most tasteful and considered label.

There are gems like Seth Schwarz's 'Animals At The Watering Hole,' Modd's spine tingling Vishaya, Ruede Hagelstein's enchanting 'Dort' and the majestic melodies and cosmic vibes of 'Ventura' from Dee Montero. Elsewhere, Re.You takes you on a hypnotic house trip, desert house champs Death on the Balcony layer up superbly tender vocals and chords on two different contributions, and Miyagi, Wild Dark and El Mundo & Zazou all add to the deeply immersive feelings and heady grooves.

This is a fine overview of one of house music's most vital labels.

'MUUI returns to the label with another unique 3-tracker - ‘Silent Signals EP’. The Berlin-based live act continues to create waves with tracks signed to Evocative and Suprematic already this year, it looks to be another strong year for the enigmatic artist. 

Opening with the title track, ‘Silent Signals’ is a sombre bass experiment with stark cinematic soundtrack backdrops. Rock solid from the off, the sparse groove soon livens up with pads and sonics playfully interconnecting to create a wonderous audio tapestry.

Next, ‘Lambent Control’ starts off in a wildly differing way. Tribal, with snappy percussion, the trademark pads and melodics weave along a melancholy path. Finally, ‘Pious Vault’ ties everything together with phat 808 kicks, meandering melodies and soaring pads. Mind music par excellencé.s'

Biography
Filip Abramczyk,known professionally by his name Pysh, is a Polish DJ and music producer, living in Berlin. His performances have permanently recorded in the lineups of the largest Polish music clubs and festivals, which was acknowledged by a chapter devoted to him in the book "30 years of the Polish techno scene", placing him among the undisputed leaders. In his  achievements so far, he has shared the stage with leading artists of the world electronic scene, such as Eelke Kleijn, Robag Wruhme, Guy J or Kollektiv Turmstrasse.

The breakthrough moment in his career was the year 2010, when immediately after the release of his debut EP, he won the first place in the remix competition for the song "Regenerate", organized by Book Shade. His approach to electronic music was appreciated by both Polish and foreign promoters, thanks to whom his productions could be heard  all over the world, under the aegis of such
labels like Ritter Butzke, Jeahmon, Click, or Einmusik.

In addition to balancing between the house, indie and melodic genres in his productions, sets and live acts, Pysh interweaves ethnic and folk sounds, which are a kind of hallmark of his work. He uses ambient sounds or samples from old cassettes, which in his remarkable arrangement create a surprising form, constantly rousing the audience  all over the world to dance.
