Attachment can be formed out of co dependency and the need to fill a void in your life. Once you truly become comfortable in yourself, you realise that you will not allow other people to dictate your mood, you will not be able to let the things around you affect your mood. Once you truly understand to detach yourself from things which hold no real weight in your life, can you reach your greatest potential.

But I thought to end the series bringing light to how the power of the mind and the power of the tongue work together to either bring more life, to your life or bring evil and death to your life. 

Remember a loving heart produces a gracious tongue. A faithful heart produces a truthful tongue. A peaceful heart produces a reconciling tongue. A trusting heart produces an encouraging tongue. The words we speak will all depend on what’s filling our heart. 

Spend time in solitude and feed your soul of all the right things that will serve you along your journey. And believe it or not what you read, listen to and spend most of your time doing, is only a reflection of your being. Be conscious, be wise.
