Capulet are a 5-piece post-hardcore band from Liverpool, UK, consisting of Lucy, Jay, Alex, Gary and Oli.

Drawing inspiration from such bands as The Used, A Day to Remember, Sleeping With Sirens, Three Days Grace, My Chemical Romance and Pierce The Veil, Capulet have created a somewhat unique blend of music that will leave you slightly deaf, filled with rage, and longing for more.

Their monstrously catchy, incredibly hard-hitting tracks tie the knot between two worlds; the shadowy underworld ruled by the post-hardcore and metal genres, and the moving, angsty realms of emo/punk.

Capulet's self-titled debut EP combines electrifying guitar solos, spine-tingling combinations of screamed and clean vocals, and an overdose of atmosphere and attitude.

They kicked off their journey in summer 2012 busking religiously on the streets of Liverpool, then rushing off to play sweaty basements gigs. Since then they’ve taken the UK underground scene by storm sharing stages with the likes of The Restarts, Prince Fatty, Dirty Revolution, Radical Dance Faction and Culture Shock. They’ve brought the sun out at festivals alongside Neville Staples, Dreadzone and The Beat and performed at a 50,000 strong NHS rally in Whitworth Park, Manchester. Bolshy launched a crowdfunding campaign to release their debut EP which reached it’s £1500 target in 17 days. The “Radical. Anarchic. Bolshy. Scouse.” EP released June 2014 has been featured by Four Culture (USA), Bido Lito, Do the Dog Skazine and many more. Bolshy conquered their first UK Tour late summer 2014 with their eruptive live show and will continue to allure crowds into a world of foot stomping madness on their April 2015 UK Tour.


Liverpool Bands is a celebration of the unsigned music of the City. The player features tracks from bands operating in or from the City -  regularly changing the rules are bands ask to go on and they go on in the order they ask. In this way the player reflects the bands who are out there promoting themselves now but alos then does not reflect a house style.

Talkback Audio Productions provides a variety of audio services based around recording and mixing. These services include (but are not limited to):

- recording and/or mixing audio for bands, as well as providing additional instruments and VST backup
- audio for film and video games, as well as mixing
- producer's opinions on tracks and assistance in adding that bit of extra "spice" to a song
- third party referrals through personal networking (e.g. if you are looking for an ambient music producer for video game audio)

We currently do not have a premises anywhere, so these audio services are, for the time being, limited to location work (in a band's rehearsal room) for recording. However, producer work and mixing work is able to be done using our personal setups.
