Est-ce que tu te jettes sur la nourriture dès que tu rentres à la maison?

Toute la journée s’est très bien passée, aucune envie de grignoter, au déjeuner tu t’es régalée avec ta lunchbox,  une délicieuse salade  variée et  équilibrée comme tu aimes.
Tu n’as même pas eu envie de croquer dans la pizza de ta voisine. 
Pas de bonbons, ni de petits gâteaux.....

Alors pourquoi se jeter sur la nourriture juste avant le diner ou sur le chocolat juste après??? 
Affalée sur le canapé en regardant Netflix …..
Et en plus, tu te dis  c’est impossible, je n’arriverai jamais à perdre ces kilos superflus, pourtant tu étais décidé et tout semblait facile!!!!!
