London-based DJ/producer Antss arrives on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax with the head-turning ‘Rocca EP’ this June. 

Releasing on the likes of What NxT, Sanity, and Dark Side of the Sun, Antss’ music has been championed by some of the scene’s heaviest hitters, picking up support from Rich NxT, Enzo Siragusa, Chris Stussy, Michael Bibi, and of course Jamie Jones. 

Landing on Jones’ label for the first time, Antss delivers some of his most accomplished productions to date on ‘Rocca EP’. Lead track ‘Turn It Down’ brings together wonky basslines with vocal slices, leading into a raucous breakdown. ‘Mashh Up’ sees rave stabs and bubbling low-end merge together before the track leads through a series of unexpected twists and turns. 

‘Rocca’ makes use of heavy-duty, swinging drums alongside a subdued acid line, teasing subtle, creeping pads throughout the club-focused arrangement. ‘Do You Love Me?’ closes out the release, bringing vocal cuts and bass stabs over robust and punchy drum patterns.

One of the French most exciting rising names, Paris-based Manda Moor, is ascending into the spotlight with all her class and finesse, and now she serves a delicious EP with label head honcho Yaya back once again on the remix. Title cut 'Pèchè Mignon' opens proceeding as rhythmic congas and tribalistic flavours meet a stompy kickdrum and bizarre leads, overwhelming the ground thanks to a massive, bold bassline. Yaya's remix heads to more dub paths, as he turns the original into a sneaky and sharp roller while keeping things warm and deep. To close, dancefloor missile 'Triptease' provides a chunky groove surrounded by an exciting wormhole of sounds and twisted synth throughout.

Late Replies are back on their imprint for the third time this year with 2 powerful underground anthems, which feature 2 talented vocalists in Shyam P & Rayzir.

The A side, 'Not Perfect' is a perfect blend of deep tech and sexy. Shyam P's harmonic melodies hosts the vibe while keeping the gritty feel for the dance floor. This combined with Late Replies' rolling glitchy percs and pumping bass line guarantees a good time on the dance floor.

The B side, 'Never Know' is a constant deep acid sequence roller polished with Rayzir's slick vocal which will hug the club. The snapping RD8 snare pierces through the speakers while the bass line takes you on a deep ride.

Next up on the label is label boss RILEY with his second release this year. this time bringing a two track EP titled 'Not Tonight'

The talented young artist from Liverpool, UK, has previously released tracks on labels such as Elrow, Issues, Short Circuit, THUNDR, and Till? Records, since arriving on the scene at the end of 2019 with his debut release 'Chapter 8' on Overdose Records. His last release on Elbow Limited 'Fundamentally Funky EP' was very well received with support coming from Waff, Archie Hamilton, Rendher, and De La Swing and many others. 

On the A side is the lead track 'Not Tonight which is a high-energy, deep roller with multiple synth use, warm baselines and clever sample use. then on the flip side we have 'On Bas Terms' a hard hitter ready for the club dance-floors.

Following releases on Deeperfect, Moan, as well as their own TBX Records, the Barcelona-based duo Perky Wires ready their debut appearance on Hottrax, delivering two club-ready tracks for Jamie Jones’ label on their much anticipated ‘Hippler’ EP. 

Leading the release is the title track ‘Hippler’, which combines swinging drums, rock solid low-end, and twisted FX for a heads-down roller complete with tripped-out breakdowns. ‘Caruselle’ maintains the energy levels as tweaky percussion meets pumping kicks to round out the EP in a subtle yet grooving style. 

Perky Wires’ ‘Hippler’ drops on 18th November 2022 via Hottrax.

Born in Berlin in 2016 and captained by Yaya himself, the label’s aim is to spread its rainbow vibes from the soul between unusual and curious records, parties, and adventures.
