From my new album, "Illumination", coming July 16, 2012.  This is my arrangement of Clint Mansell's "requiem For a Dream" (Lux Aeterna), originally from the soundtrack of the movie "Requiem For a Dream".  This is a piano-based classical crossover version. Enjoy.

والله ما طلعتْ شمسٌ ولا غرُبَت  *  إلا و حبّـك مقـرونٌ بأنفاسـي
ولا خلوْتُ إلى قومٍ أحدّثهـُـم  *  إلا و أنْتَ حديثي بين جلّاســي
ولا ذكرْتُكَ محزوناً و لا فَرِحاً  *  إلا و أنت بقلبي بين وَسْواســـي

Le Trio Joubran (Arabic: الثلاثي جبران‎) is a Palestinian oud trio, consisting of the brothers Samir, Wissam, and Adnan Joubran from the city of Nazareth. The Joubran brothers come from a well-known family with a rich artistic heritage. Their mother, Ibtisam Hanna Joubran, sang the Muwashshah at (poems that originated in Arab Spain) while their father is among the most renowned stringed-instrument makers in Palestine and in the Arab world.
