LUWK, from the Netherlands, is a fairly new face in the techno-scene and comes out with a strong melodic EP with which he definitely grabbed our attention. Together with remixes by Disk Space and Max TenRom this is a wonderful five track release!

Connecting

A whistling pad leads the way towards a sweet African percussion and a recognizable and mesmerizing arpeggio. Once the deep bassline and his heavenly brass join in the journey lifts of. Throughout the track both the bassline and the arpeggio work in perfect harmony, complementing each other in strength bringing you steadily to the final breakdown, only to blow up one final time. A beautiful track by LUWK!
Consistency

This is the deeper track of the three. LUWK sets a real spacy vibe with aerial leads that echo through the air. The trip continues when dreamy plucks bring you further and deeper into his euphonic world. A real tension is build halfway through smart use of this space in combination with effect percussions and a strong bassline. A job well done, that's for sure!

Contrast

The catchy uplifting rhythm in 'Contrast' forces us to start moving along right away. Gentle and slowly, a crackling synth is introduced and progressively gains full strength towards the break. Then a moment of silence. The crackling sound returns and fills the musical spectrum intensively.
This is such a track, for those extraordinary heated moments on the dance floor.

Connecting (Max TenRom Remix)

Max TenRom kept the initial vibe intact of LUWK's original track but made it just that bit more dreamy and sweet. Echoing chimerical plucks wander around in the spectrum of sound. Together with celestial pads and a subtle yet deep bassline Max keeps you mesmerized from beginning to end.

Consistency (Disk Space Remix)

Disk Space is finally back on the label. This time with massive remix for LUWK! A divine arpeggio gives the track a certain swiftness which keeps on building throughout the track. First the bassline is slightly growling till after a real tension builder of a break it starts to roar! A truly wonderful creation by Disk Space.
