-BIOGRAPHY-

Ortus, in Latin, means “sunrise”, and there is definitely a strong similarity between the artist and this star that allows life to happen on earth: both vary in intensity, sometimes warmer, sometimes colder, with Ortus (BR) music happens exactly the same.
He renewed himself over the years and today he owns both more melancholic and more intense music. The same oscillation of energy is also present in his sets, which are well constructed between melodic, mysterious, introspective and, at the right time, impactful tones.
The glow emitted by Ortus (BR) has already been responsible for illuminating several
dance floors around South America, such as in renowned clubs in Brazil, including D- Edge and 5uinto, in addition to a Chilean tour. The heat of his productions, on the other hand, was felt by labels of the caliber of Prisma Techno, Hotstage, Kaligo Records, Ballroom Black, Awen Tales and Prototype Music, but there is still much more to come.
"I want people to remember what they listened to, what they saw and what they felt. I want to make my mark everywhere the sun shines." And so it is, carrying an unique cosmic energy, that Ortus (BR) has been following his path, building his discography and designing a plot that, for those who follow, will certainly be memorable and full of emotions.

Born in 1986, Jockkie grew up with Suriname root music, Jazz, RnB and electronic music. He has closely being involved in the growing music culture by working at some clubs in Rotterdam where he did some b2b’s gigs in his youth.⁠

After some time he found his love for music again and started a weekly mixtape, called Chimére radioshow, for which I made a guestmix a few weeks ago, on SoundCloud & Inprogressradio. He also attended on an international dj contest and ended up in the top 25.⁠

Besides being the everlasting optimist, always down to earth and out of the box thinker, he can be wild and stormy, but then again peaceful and calm in the eye of the storm, like his personality, productions and style.⁠

His main drive, passion and dream is to combine melodic, meaningful sounds with digital art and a holistic & stoic mindset, which he beautifully converted into today's guestmix. ⁠

Dj & Producer
Nils Lejoner is a 27-year-old Italian dj & producer born in Bari (southern Italy). Nicola (his real name) has been working under the stage name of (Nils Lejoner) with the genre Melodic House Techno for about a year and a half, and his favorite artists at the moment are Adriatique, Tale Of Us, Mind Against, Innellea etc ... But the love for electronic music begins well before or in high school where thanks to his friends he begins to listen to the first tracks of electronic music, so after a few days for pure fun he decides to try to use virtual dj and he is right in that moment unwittingly at the age of 15 the passion for this profession was born. Nicola finally being a self-taught recently decided to attend some courses both as regards the creation of a track and as regards the final phase which includes mixing and mastering in order to try to improve and create your own sound, so we wait news for the future.
