The newly-formed Icelandic record label LAHAR brings you a long-awaited 12" by Den Nard Husher, a collaboration of two stalwarts within the Icelandic techno scene - Octal Industries & Vector. 

After a commemorative EP on Stobelight Network in 2016, Den Nard Husher strikes back with their first release since a 20-year production hiatus. It is enthralling to see how their fast-paced bustling techno renditions morph with time yet still encapsulate our body and imagination in that same meteoric signature. Den Nard Husher sounds fresh, blistering in a seemingly never-ending post-Y2K aesthetics.

R&S founder Renaat Vandepapeliere returns with his personal RV Trax series showcasing the sounds he plays on the dancefloor.  
Part four carries off where the other volumes have left off with more underground electronica and techno.

Veteran French producer DJ Oil has released for the likes of Blue Note (as part of Troublemakers) and BBE.  ‘Addis’ continues his explorations into sample heavy house with a hint of electro that made his recent ‘Bref Avenir’ album such a joy.

Halosaur is a new alias of Stephane Lefrancois another Frenchman who usually goes by SLF on labels like KMS.  Recording as Halosaur lets him indulge his electronica influences and get serious on his modular synth set up.

Tom Flynn has released  for heavyweight labels like Planet E, Dirtybird and Hypercolour.  ‘Avenue A’ balances deep mechanical rhythms with sophisticated piano motifs.

Healing Noises is up and coming French producer Marianne Novomesky.  Her track ‘Palm Tree’ is  dreamy, stripped down, funked up, sun-baked house.

Next to take a virtual trip Down The Stairs (ok, apart from a few early ones, it's been virtual pretty much the whole time, we'll be honest...) is one half of Australian based duo @Interstellarfugitives, by the name of Georgia Bird (@georgia-bird-3). 

When we discovered a live club mix of Georgia's (https://soundcloud.com/jamiethescorpio/georgia-bird-at-glamorama-for-kinky-audio-11-1am), we basically stumbled upon the art of a warm set being carried out to perfection. It blew us away, and we didn't hesitate to give her a shout with a request to join the DTS ranks. Thankfully, the answer was yes and Georgia has delivered a building hour of rhythmic and heady grooves across to the other side of the world.
