Collab with  @hightopbeats  , he drops beats every Monday, very very unique style trust me every week the vibe is completely different, very versatile producer. He also normally plays all his melodies himself which is crazy to me as a sample based producer. For this collab I sent him my flip from the 'Calm Piano' beat off my most recent beat tape, and he then flipped it completely different, chopped up my flip and reversed etc to make it way more chill. He also put this Tribe Called Quest acapella over the beat which I did not expect at all, fits the chill vibe crazy well imo. I think I can say for certain that Tribe are for sure his favourite Hip Hop artist from the 90s, I feel like we'll defo collab on more Tribe remixes in the future. I can never decide if Low End Theory or Midnight Marauders is my favourite album from them, it constantly fluctuates between the two to be honest. All of their albums are full of gems which is crazy, but for me those two have slightly more replay value as full albums. 

We then went back and forth adding drums, working out the arrangement etc, was a dope workflow and will defo be doing this fairly regularly. We've got a lot of collab stuff on the way full stop: Ive got mad lyrics over his beats: once my albums released the next big project will definitely be a full length album where I'm writing over his beats. So excited to share that all I feel like I've been sitting on it way too long.
