Think it's best to keep it simple here. I've got a crazily addictive personality. As I'm sure you can tell from this track, that gave me mad problems in the past. Luckily I'm over that now, and making music with Hightop is a big part of what helped me to self reflect on the mic, and change how I was living for the better. Now I channel that side of my personality into music, and have been sober for over 4 years. 

This track is basically the 'magnum opus' of me talking about that side of my past on the mic, and was the last track me and Hightop made at university, which was a while ago now. We've always been crazily happy with how it turned out, we were trying to work out ideas in the studio for a track, and as soon as he played this chord progression I got that feeling you get when you hear a crazy sample, and had to start writing straight away. These lyrics were written all in that night and I wrote them fairly quickly. Since that we touched them up a little bit, but the core structure and ideas defo remains the same. 

This is one of the oldest 'complete' track we have, there's loads of newer stuff which we'll be dropping very very soon.
