Man this remix had me losing my mind, the way both Raekwon and LA flow over this is crazy. Making tracks like this really keeps me motivated to make remixes fr, feels like it breathes something completely different into the track. This beat is the next one I've made sampling off Classic FM, this time it was a movie soundtrack they were playing. This kind of beat always seems to fit Wu-Tang artists mad well, kind of like how the Only Built 4 Cuban Linx album is like a movie, their tracks just match that cinematic vibe. Next remix will be 'Investigative Reports' off Liquid Swords with a similar kind of sample, I lost my mind on that one on a different level.

One thing I've been rating with these classical/soundtrack samples is the music is long and it changes a lot throughout, so there's a lot to choose from - which has got me really training my ear for good chops, and also giving the beats mad variation cause I can normally get at least 2 flips. had to persevere with the 2nd flip but soon as I got the low end layer working I knew it was right. 3rd flip kind of shows what I mean about the music having a lot to choose from cause that switches the vibe completely. I duno I just feel like I'd reached a bit of a block producing wise towards the end of 2024 and this has really made me start enjoying it again and taking it back to the essence of grabbing some crazy chops and making it work.
