Résident sur Line Out avec son émission "Newcomers" dans laquelle il invite celles et ceux qui font la nouvelle scène techno française, co-fondateur du label Askorn Records, il balaie un spectre musical large. De l’EBM au hardcore, de l’acid au break industriel, ses métissages musicaux allient rock, rap, métal à de puissants kicks, des mélodies envoûtantes teintées de textures industrielles. Un univers sombre et poétique qui reçoit l’appui de Paula Temple ou Parrish Smith. N'ayant plus aucune preuve à faire côté industrial, Opäk s'aventure désormais sur les territoires d'une techno plus mentale, extrêmement évocatrice, toujours en recherche d'innovation.

Assurément l'un des artistes les plus intéressants de la nouvelle scène électronique française.

[ CODEX EMPIRE ]

Since 2014, Codex Empire has built an international reputation for dark and intense techno productions and live shows. 

Mahk Rumbae - the British born, Vienna based producer behind Codex Empire - has been creating challenging experimental electronic music for more than 30 years working as one half of industrial/experimental band Konstruktivists as well as a number of varied solo and side-projects. 
combining this background in dark electronic music with heavy rhythmic elements makes Codex Empire an intense and simultaneously danceable experience both live and on record. 

Codex Empire has performed over 100 live shows across Europe, Japan, Korea and Canada, as well as numerous appearances in Berlin at Berghain, Tresor, Arena Club, Suicide Circus and Boiler Room. 

After releasing several well received EPs on aufnahme + wiedergabe, HORO, Sacred Court and Khemia Records, as well as numerous remixes and appearances on V/A compilations, Codex Empire released his full-length debut album ‘Slow Erosion’ in February 2019 on aufnahme + wiedergabe. This was followed by ‘Protected by Rage’ and ‘Broken by Fear’ in 2020. The latest EP release “Overneed” was released late 2023 on Rant & Rave. 2024 will bring both a new LP and EP and several new remixes.

Already a true renegade himself by establishing and curating his own label ‘Vanila’ as well as the 'Agia Varvara Originals' sub-label the athenian artist has released monumental records that sets him apart from anyone else in the scene.

“I have never hide the fact that ANFS is one my favourite electronic music artists of all time. 
I believe that his sound is extremely singular and i am sure that time will prove me right. 
I was waiting eagerly for the right moment to have him in the series and finally this time has come. 
He has provided a 2 hours long mix to masterfully present his ever involving sound - a sound that it is still uniquely his own but at the same time it has moved to exciting new directions. 
This is a sign of a true artist. Always pushing forward and never feeling outdated.

Scalameriya - Winter Mix December2024

I'm proud to have contributed, through my track "L'Homme qui voulait vivre," to the exceptional compilation initiated by Medulla Oblongata. This initiative aims to raise funds for the P@lestini@n Children's Relief Fund (PCRF), an organization that provides medical and humanitarian aid to P@lestini@n children suffering from the ravages of war.

👉 All proceeds will go directly to the association. The PCRF also works to find medical care in Europe and the United States to support these children in their struggle for a better future.

With his industrial style, CTSD shakes the frequencies with a mix of pounding rhythms, haunting distortions, and a nightmarish atmosphere felt with every beat.

[ MOGANO ]

Mogano is the moniker of Italian-born and Berlin-based electronic music producer Marco Berardi. In his DJ and live performances, he explores Techno, Industrial, Breaks, and Electronic music spectrums, often combining cinematic soundscapes with raw and deep drum structures.
 
A few of the international events he has performed at include Contort (NewCodes - Berlin Atonal), Tresor (Berlin), OLAM (Bratislava), Astron Bar (Athens), GEGEN (Berlin), SUBVERTED (Berlin), ATOM Festival (Ukraine), Krake Festival (Berlin), OHM (Berlin), Freqs of Nature (DE), Modern Bön, RoBOt Festival (Bologna), amongst others, sharing the stage with artists such as Samuel Kerridge, Pact Infernal, JK Flesh, Broken English Club, Presha, Positive Center, Dadub. 

Since his debut on Arboretum in 2015 with "Sycomore EP", signed with the iconic remix of Samuel Kerridge, his music has been published by labels such as Voidance Records, Liber Null, and Dead Svn Records. 

Reviewed and premiered in Magazine such as FACT Magazine, Resident Advisor and KALTBLUT MAG, his productions and mixes appear on radio shows like Entropy Radio (Hong Kong), Noods Radio (UK), Movements Radio (GR), The Forgotten (Mexico), Knife (Argentina), Lethal Curse (Poland) and Berlin Community Radio. 

Since 2014 he has also been the curator and owner of Arboretum, an electronic music record imprint.
