Je suis certifiée Instructrice en méditation de pleine conscience/mindfulness/MBSR (DU ULB) et professeure certifiée de Hatha Yoga et de Yoga Nidra (méditation allongée sans mouvements) et une approche d’accompagnement de l’humain multidimensionnel.
