There are a monumental number of smackers on Oceansong, but one that really spoke to me both musically, and emotionally, was Koa's Drown. The original had so much space given to every element, so much impact to each sound that I knew I just needed to make a remix. Beautiful, haunting vocals, a simplistic yet interesting melody - just so many things that allow my mind to wander. I wanted to honor the original's emotional standing with my own spin, and I'm really proud of the final product. c:

Koa - Drown(feat. Hatsune Miku) (Dijit Remix)

I am on a bit of a roll rn with these Oceansong remixes, first Drown, now this, and I've also got a remix of Izzy Pop coming out whenever the competition results are announced, so hopefully you're excited!

Can I Stay is a track I've heard about a billion times from the start of its conception to playing it on repeat when Kholat first finished it, so it was guaranteed that I would try to remix it. I tried to capture the original's huge sound and gravitas, but with a more kinda heavy focus, and I think I got it pretty right. I'm sure you can hear the VR influences in this track, so I don't even need to explain that~

Kholat - Can I Stay(feat. Lemon) [Dijit Remix]

A nice, quiet song to lift your spirits or help you to relax. With season 5 coming up super soon, my hype levels are through the roof. Hopefully this track can earth you, and keep you from exploding with excitement.

My vision for this song was Octavia's first experiment with a more 'modern' style. While still containing a lot of her classical elements such as piano and cello, she also includes a synthesized bass and modern drum patterns and styles to bring her more up to date.

First and Foremost

A little dabble into mostly uncharted territory for me, drumstep! I tried to produce something heavy and foreboding that still captures the more fun loving and face-paced side of everyone's fav pink pone.

I had a bit of a weird vision for this piece, as it was originally not going to contain PP at all. I had some FS lyrics all lined up, but they just didn't fit as well as the current ones. I have imagined Pinkie trying desperately to find a trombone, before finally settling on her friend Vinyl's heavy wubs as a replacement. This causes the Parasprites to freak out, and mayhem ensues!

Hey guys, here to share the first track of my EP, which will be dropping soon after Ponies At Dawn's new album. So far quite a few songs are ready for this, and here's just the first of many! Big ups to Jamie Berry, who I shamelessly stole the basic chords from, check his track Peeping Tom out!

I had an odd vision for this track, with the idea of Fluttershy banging out to some funk by herself, when she's joined by some form of electronica. Then, everyone grooves out. Basically a funk party with some heavier elements.

This is a track to celebrate halloween, and more importantly, the awesome parties that are thrown this time of year. This track is a spooky representation of nightlife, hence the differing styles between parts. I honestly love the way this turned out, and I hope you do too.

My vision for this track was along the lines of a spooky night filled with mist and mystery. Fog rolls across the chilly street, when suddenly blinding light crashes into the world, and the beat kicks in, starting a massive street party.

Hello! Here's a new beat, so soon after my last one. This track was a long one, and I'm going to be hosting a remix contest for it. I don't know what the prizes will be, so suggestions would be nice!

This track has a silly inspiration. I tried to capture the happy, quiet vibes of an auburn afternoon, as Twilight read. Then, I found that nice ' it isn't ' vocal, which I fell in love with. I stuck the two together, with a bit of inspiration from Grabbitz's remix of Build the City.

Have some ambient

Hey guys!

Finally, after nearly a month of no activity, I'm bringing it back with the vocal version of Heartsplosion. Originally I had some ideas I wanted to try, but ultimately I felt they just didn't do the track and the vocals justice, so I left the track how it was, aside from a few small changes to accommodate vocals.

Peg really helped to change what I had envisioned for this track. Originally it was a fantasy thing for rainbow, but now I've decided to move it up a little to match our favourite pretty pink princess, Cadence! I suppose the lyrics are a bit of a lament, but they also reflect a few other things that seem obvious after inspection.

As always, the video for this will be available in a few days on Youtube, so check it there too!

Here it is, the second track of my Basking in the Earthlight EP, which will be out on the 5th of next may. It was also released on the Ponies at Dawn album, Awakening!

This track is an upbeat, fast glitch hop track with a swung feel to the drop. This track was inspired by the style of swing that was popular in the 60s jazz clubs, at least in the piano style. I wanted to use AJs vocals for something, so I chose the track that doesn't quite fit her personality. I was trying to put her out of her 'comfort zone'.

I hope you enjoy this track, and are getting hyped for the EP release in a few days!

Hey all, here it is, the first track from the new Lycan Dese Beats album: Beats Me 2! I'm absolutely stoked to be the first to be played, and I take it as a compliment towards my music/skill. PegasYs' vocals really helped to round out the track here, and flesh out the otherwise somewhat lackluster bridge.

My idea here was originally something heroic, but once peg stepped in to write for the song it kinda morphed. Now its about writer's block, and the lack of ability to do anything creative at all. Where you want to, but just can't do it. This to me is a very luna thing, as she seems like someone who would suffer a lot from this.

Now, for some more future bass. This time, I teamed up with the fantastically talented ExplodingPonyToast, the head of the Ponies at Dawn team and an all around great guy. This track seemed to fit both of our styles almost perfectly, and we worked so well together that we had this finished with time to spare.

This song had a bit of a mixed vision for me, as I tried to capture something rather upbeat, while still keeping a downplayed tone between verses. I think I managed to get what I was after, so I'm happy.

A chill/soft track I wrote after being inspired by the anime, Sweetness & Lightning. I imagined how the story would play out if the anime took place in mlp instead, and ended up with this chill backing track.

Here it is, my latest project, Breathing Space! 

I met Rusyd through a mutual friend a few months ago, and we ended up hitting it off and wanting to work together. Eventually, he sent me a demo for a track in this style with lyrics and a basic instrumental. I loved how it sounded, and wanted to contribute and collaborate in any way I could, and as such I nearly begged him to let me help.

Together, we started crafting, recording and having fun in general. And now, here we are, months later, with one of my personal favourite tracks I've ever produced. I couldn't be prouder of what we made together, and I hope that you all will like it too.

Here it is guys, my latest release with ThatMusicBrony, from Ponies at Dawn: Anthology. I'm sorry that it has taken me so long to release this track, but I was swamped with work for awhile, and I was also waiting on some art for it, which will be featured in the video release of the track on my youtube in a few days.

This song has been in the making for some time, although it has only recently been a collaboration with TMB. I wrote the intro piano and some more of the funky bits when I was alone a few months ago, and then just lost steam for awhile on this track. But TMB managed to inject new life into it, and I think the final product is amazing~!

The inspiration for this song was to try and capture a night out on the town for a group of friends. Dancing and drinking the night away. I hope I captured that ^^

DJT & ThatMusicBrony - Fading Moments

So here's a collab I've been working on for awhile with the very talented Metajoker~! 

This song doesn't really capture a Christmas spirit however, as it is a lot more serious and realistic than some of my previous works. Metajoker wrote and performed the vocals for this track, so a large amount of the inspiration for this track rests squarely on his shoulders. However my vision for this track crossed paths with his, and I think it worked quite well.

Hey all, sorry for not releasing these tracks despite the fact that they've been done for months. I got hit with uni assignment craze and only recently got enough time between that and exams to start uploading them. Also I'm lazy.

Anyway here's my insane, and somewhat dark collab with NLS, I hope you all really like it.

My original vision for this track focused on the idea of a terrifying test of courage posed to everyone who dared approach. With the addition of NLS we managed to capture that feeling of sitting on the knife's edge perfectly.

This track is featuring Synthis, and it was a blast to work with his incredible vocals. He added a whole new layer to this track and gave it far more direction than I originally had. Hopefully, he enjoyed working on it too!

Sorry for the lack of uploads guys, I don't really have any reasons except I wasn't sure how to make videos for my songs. But now I've sorted that, so to make up for the lack of songs, here's my latest track with ThatMusicBrony, Spacefunk. This track is inspired by the one and only Hat Kid, from a Hat in Time. I wanted to capture the essence of a chill chick travelling through space and spreading good vibes everywhere, and TMB really helped me to capture that feeling. We also have another song coming out on the new P@D album, Ignite so look out for that!

Here it is, Fried Food. My collab track with ThatMusicBrony from ignite. I'm sorry that it took so long to get up a video with this, but this was due to me completing my final semester at university. But, it's all over! I've finished! And so, I'm getting this video out and going on a bit of a music spree. This track was a pleasure to work on with TMB, especially considering I haven't done many cross-DAW collaborations, so it was still a new experience. I'm really happy with the style of this track, and I hope that everyone enjoys this track as much as I enjoyed working on it!

It's finally here; Eclipse, and with it comes my latest track Anemoia. This song is heavily inspired by the idea of nostalgia from a time and place you've never experienced. A hot, oppressive Japanese summer, sweating it out under the sun. I was heavily inspired by artists like snail's house and fusq for this track, as I tried to focus on cute, simplistic sounds to complement my big saw stack. I hope everyone enjoys this song as much as I enjoyed making it. And a big thank you to Puffy for making some amazing art that captures exactly what I was imagining.
