DJ/Producer Tarkan Kabaklılaroğlu (a.k.a Tarco) was born in 1976 at Germany. In 1984, moved to Istanbul to settle in Turkey permanently.

As early as in his childhood, Tarco’s appeal to music was aroused by his father’s background, who himself was a DJ during the 1960's. Following award of diploma from high-school, he took up his musical career as a resident DJ, in 1995, at the Music Temple, Marmaris. On many occasions, he was invited to perform at best nightclubs and events in Istanbul and Marmaris. In 2002, he got to the finals at the “Future DJ” competition organized by Club 2C, a popular nightclub in Istanbul.

Tarco describes the music genre he makes as Downtempo / Organic House.
