Each year on June 21st the Summer Solstice, Sol Selectas releases the soundtrack of the season, with the annual Summer Sol compilation, featuring deep organic music from a collection of international Artists. 
 
This year Summer Sol VII features 26 tracks of feel good grooves ranging from downtempo, to afro, to organic, to deep, to tribal, to middle eastern, and more. We are pleased to present musicians from over 18 different corners of the world, including Ukraine, Palestine, France, Colombia, Italy, and Turkey to name a few.  We welcome 9 new artists to Sol Selectas, alongside 15 of our label favorites returning to bless us with their unique creative spirit. 

The cover art by Helia Jamali is taking us to a gorgeous Summer Sol dreamscape, illuminated by majectic crystal blue waters...

For the start of our latest live sessions series, we are delighted to have on board Syrian-German duo Shkoon. Shkoon shot into the lime light with their eclectic sound of ethnic melodies and haunting vocals mixed with house & techno beats. 

With releases already on well-known labels like Underyourskin Records, Shkoon have proved themselves as an established artist duo, bringing a unique experience through their live performances. 

We were blown away, by their soundscapes when we first premiered the Timujin remix on their track Letters, and we're extremely happy to have them on board to start our live sessions.

Boshoco is Nihad Alabsi and Philippe Zarif – two musicians from Aleppo in Syria. 

Their music is a fusion of house beats and eastern sounds, infused with the souls of two cities. 
It draws on their upbringings in Aleppo – an ancient crossroads where people and cultures have mingled for millennia.

Currently based in Istanbul, the metropolis where east meets west, they produce their tracks from a secret rooftop studio as the sounds of streets sellers, mosques, and millions of people fill the air around them.

Boshoco’s sound is made to bring joy through dance: the sublime natural high known in Arabic as "saltaneh".

Tareq areda aka "TAREQ 3REDA" is one of the few talents  DJs who made a difference in the Electronic Music scene in erbil city. 
He Passion to Music led him to organize events back in 2016-2020 in damascus to introduce people in town to Electronic Music. 
That woken up the Musician inside him so he started playing Music at Soundcloud in his channel and some record labels in 2018, and he did so for years, at the same time he survives of hardships facing people in Damascus and Syria in general, and that wasn’t easy for people to understand at that time, but that didn’t stop him from doing himself… and it turned out to be just Great!
first public events were in iraq in 2021,
When he traveled from Damascus to Erbil, he dealt with concert analysts and played electronic music with many events that left beautiful memories and unforgettable moments in the brains electronic heads and he started to work harder on his Music, and did many events in several venues.
