Tarik Omar is a Dubai-based electronic musician, DJ, and cultural curator known for blending funk, afrobeat, house, Latin, jazz, and techno in his sets. A founding member of Boho Baha, he has been instrumental in shaping the region’s underground music scene. Previously with the Sharjah Art Foundation, he is currently the Cultural Attaché for Nightjar Coffee, overseeing cultural activations and music programming. Internationally, he has participated in the Red Bull Music Academy Bass Camp and collaborated with Cinema Akil and the Louvre Abu Dhabi on live cine-concerts. His recent involvement in NYU Abu Dhabi's ElectroFest 2024 further cements his role in pushing the boundaries of electronic music and arts in the region.
