Here we are again!! Another year, another warm invitation, to another festive sing-a-long!!! TIS THE SEASON OF SONG!!! ^-^

Hello everyone, I hope You are all doing okay in these ever-crazier times! This years song is about the longest night of the year, for me it is a time that brings cold, and dark, and snow, and quietude, and so the song is about accepting and embracing these things to experience the subtle magic that resides in the deepest darkest hours of the earths cycle (and our own cycles too!) I had planned for it to be soothing, but I got a little carried away with the tongue-twisty spirit. In any case, I had a lot of fun making it and would Love to have Your company to finish it!!! :D

So come lend Your voice (or anything else You might feel like adding!) As always, this song is the more the merrier, You don't need to be a great singer to sing on it, You can sing on any part You want, or make up Your own part, or add something other than Your voice! (including holiday greetings, pots banging, fireside crackles and cackles, decorative bells jingling, pine needles tickling an icicle, cats purrforming meows, or anything You can think of to participate!) It's all about sharing some warm hearted fun together!

I made the 'fa la la la' section simple for singing, but if that's a bit too much, feel free to just record Yourself saying "honeybun!" and I will joyfully place You with the other fresh baked honeybuns on the track! ^-^

The deadline to send in Your contribution is the night of Friday, December 19th (since it is a song about the longest night of the year which will be the 21st of December this year - in the northern hemisphere at least - I want to have at least a full day after everyone has sent in their files so that I can mix them all together nice and share it on the 21st!)
