A dedicated house music enthusiast since 2010. While having grown up primarily listening to Hip Hop, Julio draws deep inspiration from legends like Daft Punk, having experienced their groundbreaking Alive tour at Cal Berkeley's Greek Theatre in 2007. In 2021, he became a member of the Treal House collective, collaborating with local Bay Area DJs BRI and John Mulligan.

Known for a strong focus on technical precision, they excel on the decks, constantly pushing the boundaries of their craft. In the realm of production,  JCRUZ is making a statement by creating music with hardware, avoiding the conventional DAW setup. The approach is raw, organic, and pays homage to the roots of dance music, slowly defining a unique sound in the scene.
