Theres a unique and purposeful restlessness/tension to your track here that really allows the listener to get lost within the twists and turns of the musical maze. I accidentally came across bowie and queen's under pressure song - and fancied that it would be some challenge to do an ok cover version of that of course most iconic tune.
And yeah I was right - a tremendous challenge;  that on many an occasion I was on the border of giving up on.  Then after bloody mindedly continuing, it slowly took a shape I could listen to:)
There are lots of different feels in this piece of music and all quickly stuck together. In this version I had to give the spacey feely part in the middle of the song a bit of extra breathing room, but then took out a lot of the long snappy fingers ending - seemed like a good idea at the time.  My excuse - I'm not even inclined to perform my original songs the same, so performing other peoples songs strangely turn into versions as well. Ha ha . . . 'Oh well!'
