The Circus

Dear music -

there's nothing like us, 
nothing like you & me together.
You only need one song
to bring back 1000 memories, 
a reflection taken by my heart
to make a special moment last forever.
Only one song, which certainly tells more about my feelings
than my lips ever will.

Over years I've gone through hell until I've gain the fight between life and death. 
No one noticed my tears, no one noticed my sadness, no one noticed the pain, I felt.
You gave me the encouragement to go on, and showed  me
that my eyes only needed to be washed by my tears,
to see life with a clearer view again.

You know the place between sleep and awake.
That place where I can still remember dreaming,
where you can make me laugh,when I don't even feel to smile 

The first step towards getting there, was just to decide that I'm not going to stay where I am.
Some day we hopefully will all find what we are looking for
but maybe we won't.
I am so grateful that  I  found something much greater 
I found you music
- My best friend,  always being there for me to understand me a bit more, than I do
- My therapist when people ,  destructing my whole imaginary of human beings
- My guardien, by protecting my hopes and dreams

You help me being the hero of my own story
