* เปรียบดั่งดอกไม้ ที่ล่องลอยอยู่ในสายลม
เปรียบดั่งทะเล ที่กว้างเกินกว่า มองด้วยสายตา
สุดจินตนา ที่ยากเกินจะ อธิบาย
หากแต่ว่าเธอ ไม่ใช่คนสุดท้าย

** ก็เพราะเพียงแค่ฉันฝันไป
และตื่นขึ้นมาผ่านพบกับวันใหม่
อยู่กับเรื่องราวที่ฉันเองก็ไม่ค่อยแน่ใจ
แค่หลอกตัวเอง แม้พยายามซักเท่าไร
ก็ไร้ค่า...

ความจริงมีเพียงแต่ ความลุ่มหลงที่เกิดขึ้นมา
ภายใต้เงื่อนไขเวลา

Two young boys on a quiet summer day, wandered off in the woods to play.
Like they did most every day.
Off that morning with a casual wave, ignored advice that their parents gave,
Headed out to Stoneman’s Cave.

They’d been told many times before, not to dare go near that door, 
Warnings they chose to ignore.
That cave held such sweet allure, they were certain, they were sure, 
In and out, just the briefest tour. 

What consumes a young boy’s head?
Danger posed as opportunity. 
They both knew just what their parents said. 
Surely that won’t happen to me. 

They crawled in on hands and knees, flashlights with fresh batteries,
Those young boys just had to see.
Once inside, the two could stand, paused to reassess their plan,  
Then headed down the hole again. 

They knew better, yet on they went, no thoughts of the time they’d spent,
They continued their descent. 
Deep inside that blackened well, something twisted, something fell,
Too late, they let out a yell. 

What consumes a young boy’s head?

All the rest must be supposed. No one’s certain, no one knows,  
How the story truly goes. 
Neither of the two was saved, once again, two young lives gave
All they had to Stoneman’s Cave.
