This song is a bit campy. The core of this thing is pure Isley Brothers' formula from the 70s -- they had these no nonsense, hard slamming funk songs that just went on forever (and you want them to). And there's also a healthy dose of 80s/90s slinky funk guilty pleasures like Grace Jones, Sade, & Seal.

Another recent recording from the latest batch of songs. I think the instrumental Noobly created on this is stunning he makes it so easy for me to fit vocal melodies.
A song about not wanting to let go of the sun in a relationship that made it so hot and fire.
Nothing lasts forever and just like flowers we wilt and die eventually but must come back stronger next time and regain our bloom.
