Introducing the “Prozac” project, a groundbreaking vision forged by Alessio Centore in 2019. His artistic journey leads him to range from the hard, dark sounds of hard techno with influences on industrial and dark ambient, through the acid basslines of acidcore mixed with the more mental and fast-paced tribe.

Delving deep into the shadows of the underground and dark ambient electronic scene, Alessio finds resonance in the works of iconic figures like Ramleh, Lustmord, and Rapoon. This rich tapestry of influences fuels his passion for crafting ethereal, distorted, and haunting soundscapes.

In 2022, he launched the label Maestri Ascesi, with Michael Katana a platform dedicated to exploring and pushing the boundaries of sound. 

Prozac's music is characterized by a relentless quest for movement, interweaving noise, ethereal melodies, and industrial textures, with a notable influence from Northern Europe's dark ambient and industrial music scene.

With an impressive catalog of singles and EPs released through respected labels such as Das Kollektive, Insane Industries, Underground Records, Svaiz Record, Techno Wereld, Flesh And Hammers, Resident7Alien, Kursed System, Merciless, Crusade, Chained Vision, The Finest Techno Dirol, and Maestri Ascesi, Prozac continues to make waves in the electronic music landscape.

In 2025 Alessio start his new label focused on Tekno and all is subgenres, affiliated with his crew Brokerz Sound System

Alessio holds a degree in mixing and mastering, further solidifying his expertise in the intricacies of sound production. His dynamic presence resonates through a multitude of podcasts featuring his work on labels like Khaotik Label, Das Kollektive, Exit7 Records, Dirol, AscensionCast, Contrast, TechnoMind, and Shifted Radio.
