Firstly we want to thank everyone for contributing your creativity, generosity and positivity to our fundraiser for the ongoing humanitarian crisis that is ongoing across Europe. We hope you are all safe and well, and wish the best to your friends and families. 

The last three years have been incredibly difficult on us all, and it is inspiring to see our united music scene come together once again in response to the atrocities in Ukraine. We hope for peace as soon as possible, and we must prepare to rebuild and help the affected people to recover from this tragic conflict.

Sadly, the people of Ukraine will need support for years to come. For this reason, our fundraiser will be making weekly donations to Closer Kyiv's fundraiser appeal. We will make regular posts on social media regarding the fundraising process to show how much this album has raised.

Positively influenced by his father, a bass player, Wolfsburg (Germany) born DJ and producer Ollie S. (Oliver Staecker) explores the magic of synthesizers & automating faders since 2015 with a clear preference for groovy & hypnotic deep house cuts as perfectly showcased on his debut release for Steve Bug's Sublease Music.

The title track Stanton is an groovy, crisp analog cut with a bouncy bassline providing an irresistible drive while keeping things deep. 

Sublease regular Steve Kelley contributes a spheric, floating remix for Stanton by opening up the elements and adding his signature ingredients. 

Luminous, the third track, keeps the deep vibe in a sightly snappier setting with bubbling synths inspired by the unexplored deep sea.

LITO (AR) returns to the label with three stonking originals plus remix support from Pornbugs and Steve Kelley.

Breaking onto the scene in 2017, Argentinian star on the rise, Lito (AR) was looking for his sound space between strong basslines, intense, organic percussions, and soft melodies. Basing his ideas on the constant delevopment of both his creative time in the studio, and his live performances the future looks bright for this artist in perpetual growth.

Opening the EP with ‘Tresaure’, vibrant keys sit resplendent upon a crisp percussive bedrock. Powering the low end, a funky bass weaves through the melodics with classy elegance. On remix duties, Pornbugs strip the track back to focus on the bass elements.

Next up, ‘Discordance’ lights up the room with playful keys, light airy percussions and a plucky bass that dances along with you. On the remix, Steve Kelley drops a UK flavoured, bass heavy re-imagination. Tough and musical, it pays homage to the source material while taking the track in dubby directions.

Finally, ‘Clapeados’ rounds out the pack with more gritty bass-led deepness. Perfect for the later crowds, the vibe is hopeful and warm just like the sun making its appearance for a new day. Outstanding work from Lito (AR), this is a must own EP.

Madloch's 3rd Avenue is pleased to welcome back Argentinian producer Gero Pellizzon with his first solo release on the label, the Sonar EP. After making his debut earlier this year on the We Are the Future 2025, Vol. 1 compilation, Gero returns with a project that highlights his melodic sensibility and finely tuned approach to progressive house.

Alongside the original, the EP features three diverse remixes from an international selection of artists. Argentina's Kevin Yair delivers a deep and hypnotic take, while US-based producer Ev Rymd reimagines the track with his atmospheric and textured style. Rounding out the package, Brazilian duo Cipriani & Hans Gerd join forces for a collaborative rework, infusing Sonar with driving rhythms and a warm, emotive edge.
