Thanks for checking out What If?, the fifth single from my upcoming album Underground Sky. The album will be released one song at a time throughout 2025. The video for this track will be out on YouTube on October 10th.

What If? is one of the most introspective and reflective tracks I’ve made. It sits somewhere between alt-pop and classic singer songwriting, opening with stark piano chords and vocals before unfolding into layered acoustic guitars, intimate strings, pedal steel, jangling riffs, and cascading harmonies. It’s about questioning choices, imagining alternate paths, and confronting those quiet “what if” moments that linger in your mind.

Every part of this recording was done independently in my home studio. No label, no filters, no one else’s fingerprints.

It's a mix between electronica, kickass beats, punk guitar riffs and a vocalist who raps like a little demon and sings like an angel. Highly contradictory but ain't that when the real flavors come out?

Electronic poppy madness music duo Lush Puppy are vocalist, artist and stylist Roos Ooteman and Gabriel Vezzola a.k.a. DJ Gabriel.
Roos (pronounced: Rose) studied at the Rock Academy Tilburg in The Netherlands and takes inspiration from Bat for Lashes to the Spice Girls.
Italian-born Gabriel is well known in the EDM music scene from DJ duo Gabriel & Castellon, who collaborated with Sam Feldt, Robin S and Todd Terry a.o. Lush Puppy seems far beyond his comfort zone but it's actually where he and Roos both feel they can strut their stuff!
