From the long ago sold out album "The Significance of Secrecy" from Italy's very fine Afe Records.  Released in 2001.
I think this is the third song I recorded in the mid/late 90s.  Back in the old MP3.com days.  It was #1 on the Ambient chart for 17 days straight.  #1 on the Dark Ambient chart for who knows how long and even made it into the top 40 of MP3.com for a few days.  Needless to say I was shocked.  As with all songs it's all guitar.  No synths or samplers.  

Twilight State Dream

This is the first song I ever recorded back in late 1996.  The sound of TCOB changed pretty quickly from this grinding slab of sound to the more ethereal/dark style of ambient/drone.  The song was never released until the 15 Years of Guitar Drones compilation.  

Fear Itself

A track from my last full length release 2008's "All Of The True Things I'm About To Tell You Are Lies" from the Gears Of Sand label.  What can I say?  It's pretty dark.  Fits the song title.  I think the day I finished mixing this song was the day Augusto Pinochet died.  I already had the song title and it just fit so nicely.

A track from my last full length release 2008's "All Of The True Things I'm About To Tell You Are Lies" from the Gears Of Sand label.  I felt like I needed to switch things up a bit.  The Glitches and blasts of Noise is intentional which most people who bought the album that was a defect.

Oracles of a Dead King

It's one of only two songs that you can actually tell that it's guitar.  It's a very nice song I think.  It has a Cocteau Twins vibe.  Originally the song was unlisted final track on the (a b s e n c e) album but was included on the 15 Years of Guitar Drones compilation.  

Hollow

Original track was released as a 22 minute piece on 3" CD on the Waterscape label in Germany in 2008.  This edit appears on the new True Colour Of Blood compilation album '15 Years of Guitar Drones'

The Cave Of Knowledge (edit)

It’s time to take your musical pre- (and mis-) conceptions and check them at the door. Form, melody, rhythm, chords: these words represent nothing but rules, barriers and walls which only serve to limit the places where “music” can exist or reach towards. Eric Kesner couldn’t care less about anyone’s predetermined ideas about what music is or should be. True Colour Of Blood’s music can best be described as “Ambient”, “Dark Ambient” or “Drone” but manages to break even the rules (if there are any such thing) of those genres by making music with only guitars instead of the usual array of synths and samplers. 
Since the mid 1990s True Colour Of Blood has been creating Dark Ambient/Ambient/Drone soundscapes and is recognized as one of the originators of the guitar based style.   TCoB has released six critically acclaimed albums and multiple compilation appearances on such labels as Hypnos (US), Gears Of Sand (US), Eibon (Italy), Slo Bor Media (US), Afe (Italy), Waterscape (Germany), Dreamland (Australia) and Soulworm Editions (Poland).
The latest release ‘15 Years Of Guitar Drones’ was released in March 2012 as a digital download (available at over 100 digital stores worldwide) and as the title suggests is a compilation of the first fifteen years of True Colour Of Blood.  Ranging from the first recording in 1996 (Fear Itself) up to a 2011 compilation appearance (Deny The Prophecy).  ’15 Years’ includes tracks from each TCoB album as well as unreleased, live and compilation appearances showing the progression from the early grinding, monotonous guitar slabs to shoegazer influenced guitar ambience to the ominous and minimalist hypnotic guitar drones.
