Some serious sub bass rumblings goin’ on waaaay down in the low-end of the frequency spectrum that really helps to give the track a killer sound in the overall feel of it !! Very hypnotic, smooth, and with a uniqueness and originality to be felt in the melodic sequences. Dope title too, man. Could totally imagine hearing this in a futuristic type of film or video game.

Another collab with my student Sophie. I am playing piano and she added cello and birds. It's great to be able to do recordings with her, so she can hear what she is playing. It is wonderful encouragement when she can read comments people have left for her on other music. For me, hearing her music grow sometimes I can't tell if she is playing or if it is me. We have been working on expression. Anyone can learn how to read music and play the right notes at the right time with their hands, but learning how to feel music with your body is different. So many adults took piano lessons when they were young and stopped playing and don't have the confidence anymore . If they had a way to hear themselves now maybe they would be encouraged to play again, otherwise it is a complete loss. Today most public schools have shut down creative studies. Children aren't exposed to music like they used to, not since George Bush changed education and made it all about testing testing testing and teachers couldn't teach the way they had been used to. Now its getting much worse. Children need to learn to be creative. It gives me great pleasure to teach them (and adults too!)

Sooo.... this started to be another wacky guitar thing that Jeff and I were putting together.   Found an old idea he had sent and started developing it a bit  He went ahead and did a vocal for it which i  was thrilled about.  He then asked me where part 2 was haha.  
So I sat on it a few days while being enslaved in Josh Clary’s music lab.  Talked with Rekha once I was out and let her hear it.  She gladly volunteered to make a 2nd vocal harmony part and I said heck yeah go for it.  
So that was awesome. 
Then it came to mixing these two uniquely iconic voices together-  that was no small feat.  And I'm not even saying I got it right, but here they are. 
This is me doing something - a little guitar I think, production and mix and your two vocalists are the lovely Rekha - Iyern [Fe] and the inimitable Stonerjazz (also on keys &guitar) with a song about what else - we're all done for y'all

When I first heard this song on Kyle's (The Pharmaceutical Phaggot--@pharmaceutical_phaggot) page, I immediately was drawn to it. I love the sitar, and he had just released a batch of unfinished sitar ideas. So, he let me play with this one. To his guitar, bass, sitar, and drums, I added an organ and a lap slide part. I really had a lot of fun with this one, as it was a real challenge to get right. If you're not familiar with Kyle's music, do yourself a favor and check it out! We hope you like our collaboration.
