Reflections became such a big part of our last academic year, as we were forced to isolate ourselves and solely look into our teachings. With these reflections, we learned and changed.

Social media. Some say it is a gateway to connect across the farthest corners of the world, a window to explore new and different ideas. While others believe is it the downfall of society. But the question remains…how is it affecting us? 

The phrase “detoxing from social media” has become an echoed sentence that means that people can better connect when they are disconnected. 

We both have very different views surrounding this topic. Listen and find out how we stay sane in a world that is mostly ruled by little screens, likes, and comments.
