"Pillz" is for all of us.  For all the hard pills you have had to take and for all the other ones you didn't. It is by far one of my favorite songs, Ken's Drums are imitating a drum machine. This was common ground for much of the songwriting in the band. it reminding us of speeding through the little alleyways off the strip, with our headlights off, chasing down the girl that tried to kill us.
