Jesús H Quintana A.k.a Tech Noize es originario de la ciudad de Xalapa, Veracruz. A la edad de 13 años comenzó a desarrollar su gusto por el Psy Trance y conforme fue pasando el tiempo, empezó a asistir a diversos  eventos en su localidad. Fue entonces cuando se motivó a participar de manera activa en la escena.
Al paso del tiempo fue desarrollando gustos por diferentes Géneros tales como Techno, Tech House, Minimal y Progressive entre otros. Los cuales lo indujeron a crear un nuevo proyecto llamado "Jay Kid", que hasta la fecha sigue trabajando en "Dj Set's" y  lo ha llevado a compartir escenario con "DJ'S" importantes de su País, tales como : Vazik, David Arevalo, Jossie Telch, etc. E internacionalmente tales como X-Avenger, D-Tek, X-Code y Onen entre otros.
Sin perder la seriedad y calidad de sus Sets en su Género habitual (Progressive Psy Trance) Tech Noize agrega ciertos tintes psicodélicos y sólidos, sin perder esa alegría, armonía y sentimiento que transmite en cada mezcla que realiza y que sin duda los hará bailar por horas.
