Fuelled by an endless fascination with sound in all its forms, OTON has spent over a decade navigating the vast spectrum of electronic music through producing, mixing, mastering, and DJing — with live performance at the heart of his explorations in all sorts of mental and hypnotic techno.In 2021, he launched Alliance Club, initially as a platform to share his own music with a growing audience. Today, the project has evolved into an independent collective, party series and imprint, known for its integrity and support of alternative artists and scenes. Alliance Club now holds residencies at some of Belgium’s most iconic institutions, including Botanique, Fuse, C12, and Listen Festival. After previously exploring sonic territories characterized by breakbeat rhythms, psychedelic textures, tribal drumming, and raw mental energy, OTON unveiled his critically acclaimed LP, New Forms of Silence, in March 2025. This landmark release marked a decisive and profound shift in his artistic direction, signaling a new chapter in his sonic evolution. This autumn, OTON is set to return with its highly anticipated sequel, New Forms of Silence 2. This new offering delves even deeper into the introspective and resonant side of techno, embracing dubbier elements while demonstrating a clear reverence for the genre's classic roots. Yet, OTON continuously pushes the boundaries of sound design, infusing each track with his unmistakable signature, all released under the Alliance Club banner.

Bluegold steps into the world as a ground for trance-inducing rhythm and collective movement. Rooted in techno but never bound to it, the sound leans toward the psychedelic: loops, atmospheres, and ritual percussion that blur perception and guide the floor into altered states.

The A side comes from Mruda, written during a day of turmoil where conflict and chaos spilled directly into sound. Machines were left to chance, generating unstable pulses that mirror the volatility of the moment.

Archypness takes the B side as a counterweight, drawing the energy inward. His productions move with a meditative focus, weaving rich textures and layered rhythms into journeys that feel timeless yet deeply grounded.

We will celebrate the release outdoors with a custom-built sound system, light installations, and a lineup that embodies this vision — dissolving into sunrise and fog.

𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗘𝗥𝗘 | OTON - Resonation [ALC012]

​​It’s 3am, the club is full to its brim, both in energy and in bodies. The air is ripe with a palpable tension, there needs to be a spark to ignite the night remaining. Enter OTON, and a return to Alliance with his sequel to ‘New Forms of Silence’. 

Minimal is that match stick, instantaneously converting friction to heat, and laying the groundwork for what is to come. Akin to a drum machine workout, the tracks are devoid of fluff, and focus on the essentials. Winding melodies and a tight percussion line keep things moving while ramping the energy, higher and higher. We’d be remiss, in not mentioning the rest of the album though, OTON showcases his taste as ideas coalesce through a variety of other genres, all tastefully done. 

Brussels-based Alliance Club was first introduced to the scene about 5 years ago, as a platform for founder OTON's own releases. It has since gone through a natural evolution, welcoming releases from other artists, and ultimately morphing into a collective and party series within the vibrant Brussels community. With residencies at a variety of Belgium’s clubs and festivals as well as on local radio station microwave, Alliance has nicely established its place in the scene over the past few years. This year, OTON presents his music in the form of an audiovisual live set in collaboration with a visual artist Onohno, something to experience if the opportunity presents itself. 

New Forms of Silence 2, will be released on the 26th of September.

For their 6th EP, Art Bei Ton invites the talented French DJ and producer VBK. Her six-track journey explores the borders of hypnotic and trippy techno, pushing toward the uplifting side of the genre.
 
Dynamic and deep, each piece is crafted to draw the listener into a layered sonic space, balancing intensity with rhythmic textures. The EP features a collaborative track with the Moroccan artist Zaatar and a remix from Tadan.

Opening the EP with some halftime ritualistic drum sounds, "Concern" sets the tone with a hypnotic groove that gradually unfolds into a dense and immersive atmosphere.
