Schneeweiss V: a collaboration of neighbours. 

Over the years, Oliver Koletzki has continuously cited Berlin as a point of reference and, more importantly, a source of inspiration. Two of his albums Großstadtmärchen and Großstadtmärchen 2 have been a direct ode to the capital. Friedrichshain, one of Berlins vibrant districts, has always held a special place in Olivers heat. This is where he started out when he first moved to the city, and this is where he lives now. Schneeweiss, one of Friedrichhains best and most loved restaurants, is just around the corner. Over the course of eight years, the stylish eatery has impressed many a Berlin foodie with its contemporary take on alpine cuisine and attention to detail. 

Music is part of the experience here, which is no surprise due to one of the owners extensive background in Berlins club scene of the early days. Pairing striking award-winning interior design with a homely laid-back atmosphere, Schneeweiss welcomes everyone with open arms: Kiez locals and celebrities, students and businessmen, hipsters and families all can be found here, Oliver Koletzki among them. Thus, after many a late-night label dinner an idea slowly formed. Why not join forces and collaborate on a compilation that represents both, Oliver Koletzkis and Schneeweiss taste? Compiled specifically with the restaurant in mind, SVT158 once again convinces as a tasty treat for the music connoisseur and a musical treat for the culinary aficionado. Bon Appétit!

Senso Sounds drops a major release from techno heavyweight Dubfire and label boss Oliver Huntemann. Reuniting the partnership that has seen a string of seminal releases over the years in the form of their 'Elements' series, 'Humano' is the 2nd part of a continuation of this series - more weapons of grade dance-floor material from the high profile duo. Later on this year their partnership will be summarized in their 'Restrospec- tivo' album.
Former Deep Dish man Dubfire’s uncanny knowledge of how to create epic dance- floor moments is in full effect, combined with Huntemann’s precision tool production techniques on the original version of the title track. The result is a super tough, tight and incalculably driving slice of techno goodness that will ignite floors worldwide. The rest of the EP manages to maintain the pressure - with a set of sick remixes from Victor Ruiz, Hatzler and Shaded.
Ruiz, the Brazilian techno pioneer adds another level of fire to the original, tweaking and refining the track into a damager that pushes everything to 11 and hits home with every play. Hatzler, the Hamburg based German DJ/producer chooses a different direction - emphasizing more of the space in the original. Rinsing the tension to the next level, look out for the epic middle section break down. The whole package is primed to destroy clubs far and wide - techno at its most effective. Shaded’s Summer Skin remix also delivers a tightly wound interpretation, with a bubbling bass line and nervous, excited groove providing the fuel for an extended dancefloor excursion.

The 2nd remix of 'Euphoria' comes by way of the ridiculously talented Jossie Telch, hailing from Mexico. This rising star has been captivating dance floors with his no-nonsense, groove-oriented progressive techno at many high-profile festivals (including Boom Festival, Noisily and Ometeotl, to name a few) and has caught the attention of legendary labels such as Iboga and Digital Structures. We are thrilled to have Jossie grace this release with an exceptional remix of Luis M's original track, and couldn't be more happy with the end-result.

One of our favorite contributors, the techno-pirate known as Stoertebeker drops a phenomenally unique and compelling tune with 'The Day I Went To Sea'. Hauntingly melodic atmospheres, vibrant synth work and edgy percussion combine in a seamless whole for the title track of this forthcoming EP.

Finally - a true anthem for the techno pirates out there. Stoertebeker and Dancing Devil collaborate on a proper nu-skool sea-shanty - replete with guitar, accordion and beautifully sung vocals. 'Seconds Of Liberty' is poised to become the official drinking song of dance floor pirates around the globe!

Fresh off his 'Euphoria' EP release, the progressive techno master Luis M applies his deft production skills to a particularly deep and melodic remix of 'The Day I Went To Sea'.  The vibe of Stoertebeker's original track remains intact, albeit with a Luis M twist. We love this track and we hope you do too!

Wrapping things up for 'The Day I Went To Sea' EP is a tech house leaning remix from Mathias Makau. Minimal and melodic in it's approach, this is a bit more 'dance floor' than the other tracks on the release, but is just as deep and delicious.
