metrONomes have been created from the Dj's and Producers JoN ManimaL & MagroS, after many years of personal exploration with music  from various angles and complete different paths. In all their creations up until today metrONomes aim to bring together  all the different spots and similarities of  their personalities in a unique body. The result is a mixture of different music styles, thoughts, perspectives and beliefs blended in one music scheme.

Up until today metrONomes has had released under various labels such as: "Movement Recordings" - "Stellarphonic Recordings" - "Harmonia Records" - "OLD SQL Recordings". "Deepsessions Recordings" - "Micro Digital Records" - "Santos Recordings" - "KP Recordings" - "Focus Records" - "BFuzz Records" - "Polytechnics Records". With no doubt corner stone of their career up until today is the collaboration with one of the industry’s most coveted label's,the legendary  "Bonzai Progressive".

metrONomes have performed with various artists around the blue planet such as: Sander Kleinenberg, Guy J, D-Nox, Phil Thompson aka Moonface, Antony Pappa, Son Kite, Tycon, D-Nox, Armin Van Buuren, Antix aka Fiord,Symphonix,Glen Morison, John Digweed, G Pal and many more performing the "metrONomeS Live Project".

Driven by a long-standing passion for music and club culture, Durgen approaches DJing as a continuous dialogue with the dancefloor, where shared energy and movement are essential.

Positioned between old school and new school, his sound is shaped by strong grooves and unexpected energy shifts, built to maintain momentum while constantly refreshing the room’s intensity. His sets focus on high-impact transitions and a deep sense of flow, keeping dancers fully engaged.

Placing groove at the core of his selections, Durgen thrives on staying in constant interaction with the crowd. In recent years, he has been focusing on music production, with his first release forthcoming on the Project 13 Fighters V.A. compilation, out February 13.
