WakeUpNeo - Pterostylis [TLVA011]

This piece was created by techlab.bp members slym and szoliver for the final edition of Hungary’s Kolorádó Festival, held deep in a forest near Budapest. They had the honor of closing the legendary Csodaszarvas Stage forever, and composed this track as the opening moment of their set.

The stage’s name refers to the Csodaszarvas (“miraculous stag”), one of the most ancient symbols in Hungarian mythology. According to the myth, the stag led the ancestors of the Hungarians on a journey to new lands, becoming a timeless emblem of guidance, destiny, and the search for community.

In that same spirit, this track was written as a musical invocation of transition and unity, a final call to gather, journey, and celebrate together under the forest canopy, before the Csodaszarvas Stage passed into legend.
