David “DAVI” Khanjian grew up listening to classic sounds of Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and the like.

Discovering his passion for music from an early age, he was subsequently admitted to the Vocal Department of Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory. David's immigration to Los Angeles expanded his horizons in music.

Focusing on production of genre defying electronic music, David’s sound can best be described as deeply melodic journey into the mind that can leave you whiplashed much like a rollercoaster. As the vibrant strings of acoustic guitar resonate over thick bass lines, you can feel a warm glow in your heart, interrupted only by an occasional conga riff. His dj sets leave one standing drenched in sweat, completely exhausted from the satisfaction of losing yourself in the dark beats and the lush melodies.

Anton Tumas is a man who wears many hats. As a DJ, promoter, and label owner, he has left an inevitable mark on the underground scene, spanning over a decade.

Cutting his teeth at LA’s clubs, desert parties like Moontribe and Burning Man, where he’s played everything from Robot Heart to DISTRIKT and Mayan Warrior, festivals such as Lightning in a Bottle, Desert Hearts, Further Future and Woogie Weekend, he quickly found himself playing with the likes of Hernán Cattáneo, DJ Tennis, and Danny Howells. Refusing to be limited by run of the mill music, his ever-evolving taste ranges from the farthest corners of house and techno to abstract electronica and everything in between.

Gaining the ability to control a dance floor led to his being inspired to understand the makings of a good party. Using his laser-like focus, he was soon a self-taught promoter, throwing parties in city parks and outdoor venues. Most notably, he essentially discovered the Belmont Pier in Long Beach as a venue, and set up one of the region’s most respected residencies, Subtract On The Pier.

Now well into its sixth year, it continues to attract local icons, such as Doc Martin and Marques Wyatt, and major international headliners including Hernán Cattáneo, Patrice Bäumel, and Max Cooper. This residency combined with his promoter prowess led him to co-produce and curate the Love Long Beach Festival, which is in its seventh year and attracts more than 15,000 people.

Having initially founded the Subtract brand as a record label, he showcased emerging talent as new indie labels do. Although that commitment to new artists remains unchanged, his credibility now attracts remixes from superstars like Stimming, John Digweed and Damian Lazarus. The label releases just once or twice a year, with a focus on quality over quantity.

Now, with years of experience under his belt, he is ready for the next chapter. “We’re in an ever-evolving landscape and are inventing it as we speak. But take this as a promise: We are about to raise the bar.”

Belgium’s Bigasti and Switzerland’s Floloco work in tandem to bring dreamy electronic music into the air with a narrative mix of both, deep and thriving elements. Drawing from years of individual experience in the electronic music realm, Gimérique unites the signature sound of two artists to a new chapter on their promising path in the electronic music scene.

The inception of Gimérique took flight with a b2b DJ set released on Schirmchendrink, the renowned ‘cocktail’ platform they co-founded in 2016. Inspired by the synergy of their sessions, the duo recognized the opportune moment to elevate their collaboration to new heights.

With their first collaborative production in 2020, Gimérique took Lerr's 'Hummingbird' into deep and dreamy territory. Groovy and emotive in equal measure it made an auspicious production debut for Gimerique on Sound Avenue's first edition of their 'Re:Imagined‘ remix series. Gimérique's first original production was released in Spring 2020 on Harabe Recordings. 'Calm at Heart’ entered the Beatport 'Organic House' Top 100 charts within only few days.

Venturing into versatility, Gimérique recently shared ambient compositions as free downloads on their SoundCloud, showcasing a multifaceted approach to their artistry. As alchemists of sound, they are currently immersed in crafting new productions, promising an exciting continuation of their enchanting musical odyssey.

Now residing in Switzerland, SAMCHE is a producer and DJ determined to transport listeners on a euphoric journey embracing organic, afro and melodic house. With a knack for sampling and melodicizing the lush world around us, he creates rich soundscapes and unforgettable melodies. Count among his repertoire Yukar EP which used field recordings from Asian cities in three afro and organic house tracks that topped the Beatport charts, or Mudun EP which played on urban and rural soundscapes to pay homage to the nostalgic beauty found in three Middle Eastern cities. His deep and soulful beginnings on the track Umi Yemen used real-life data on civilian casualties layered into rhythmic patterns, highlighting the cost of conflict. As a DJ, his prolific sunset mixes bring out the best in organic, progressive and electronica vibes, while his late night sets bring crowds to euphoria with tribal and afro deep beats. This mix for ROFD weaves a tapestry of sounds and beats, and features some new track IDs releasing soon on Sound Avenue imprints.

Rich Towers is an DJ/Producer from Manchester (UK) He got the bug for dance music from his first trip to Ibiza in 2011 and started DJ'ing shortly after but didn’t get into production until 2020 and already has releases on 3rd Avenue, Bekool & RYNTH to name a few and has got more exciting projects in the pipe line. Organic, Progressive House and Melodic Techno are the main styles that he loves to play for his listeners. He runs a party in Manchester with fellow Dj/Producer and friend Mazayr called 'Right Frequency'. They've had successful events at some of the great clubs across Manchester over the past 5 years.
