Listened to metal in the 80's, more progressive in the 90's, trance and techno through the millineum while always exploring what sounds good, in pretty much any genre (besides new country and polka). Now rounded out with collections of 6 or 7 genres after decades of searching, listening, downloading, and categorizing. Old Prog rock and folk, an in depth and comprehensive Ambient collection, House, old skool and new hip hop (a long way to go here) and now... lots of Trap, breakbeat, besides the AI pop slop there's good and bad everything, except the polka!

I am Jackson and I DJ under the name MetroGnome

If it’s got a 4-4 beat, I’ll bang it out most likely. Straight Bangers and Mash…Ups…yeah I do on the fly mashups too. I play a mixture of Techno, House, Tech House, Synthwave, SynthPop, Industrial, Electric Body Movement, Disco, Darkwave, HipHop/Rap, Rock, TripHop, EDM, Classic Electrónica, mashups of all genres, etc. 

I have an eclectic appreciation for most genres of music and I love to be creative with throwing in songs that will surprise even the most obscure deep track aficionados while simultaneously playing that straight banger of a song that everyone knows and can dance to. MetroGnome keeps the beat!

I keep it fresh. I keep it interesting. I keep you guessing. I make the feet move and the asses shake guaranteed! 

I love DJing live and I have an uncanny ability to read the crowd in my track selection .

One of the pioneers of Low-Frequency Bass Music, whose release, 1991's Bass Computer caused quite a stir among car audio enthusiasts, with its warning message that read: "CAUTION: ULTRA LOW BASS MAY DAMAGE SPEAKERS." Techmaster P.E.B. is now known as the "Godfather of Ultra Low Bass" His bass albums were used by millions to demonstrate the car audios maximum and beyond handling capabilities. Although he gave proper warning, some did not take heed to this warning and was the largest cause of blown voice coils and smoking woofers. Along with a few others in the industry, he helped shape the Bass Music Genera, along with inspiring many new artists who followed in his footsteps. Techmaster P.E.B. took a break from the limelight for a decade, but that didn't mean he stopped making music. Under some of his many aliases, he has continued to make music for many different artist and causes that were dear to his heart. Today Techmaster P.E.B. is back and ready to spark the Bass Revolution again. His latest release of Subharmonix brings back in the era of Ultra Low Bass. forming the Label Tech-Nolo-G Music Group he is ready to take over the Bass World AGAIN!
