 2. **Unity and cooperation**. It is important for society to recognize its interconnectedness and stop dividing itself into “us and them.” A dream culture is a culture of unity, where all people work together despite cultural, national, or religious differences. 3. **Creativity and innovation**. To create an ideal culture, it is necessary to encourage and develop art, science, and technology. Innovations aimed at improving the quality of life, in harmony with nature, will play a key role. 
 4. **Ecological awareness**. The future of humanity is impossible without awareness of its responsibility for nature. Careful attitude to the planet and the creation of sustainable systems are one of the foundations of a dream culture. 
 5. **Education and Upbringing**. Developing critical thinking, moral principles, and creativity from childhood will create a generation that is collaborative and creative in solving problems. 
 6. **Spirituality**. Not necessarily in a religious sense, but it is important that people seek meaning and harmony in their lives. This could be a personal quest for inner peace, a search for truth, or a connection to something greater. Creating such a culture will take time and effort on many levels, but it all starts with each individual.

DARK KNIGHT | MIXSET

Techneck is a Tech House and Techno DJ and producer from the Netherlands, who started his career in early 2016. He primarily focused on owning his skills in mixing. Not before long, his sessions received great praise and achieved No.1 positions in the Mixcloud charts. 
 
In 2019 Techneck turned to producing, keeping his sound prominent to Tech House and Techno with a funky / latin twist. He signed his first release with Jaywork Music, other labels like Relyt Records Sebel Music , Original Label , Whore House Records , House Heroes Music , Winked , Let's Techno , Technofied soon followed. In 2022 Techneck became the A&R manager of the Tech House record label Ritmika Records.
 
Currently he was his own radio station Techhouse NRG Radio. He also holds the 10th position on the Top 100 Tech House DJ Charts, 28th position on the Top 100 Techno DJ Chart and 33rd position on the Top 100 House DJ Chart on Promo DJ.

He’s the new A&R Manager from Ritmika Records, an upcoming tech house label with very  talented international producers.
