2000 And One - Power Clean

Put your hands up for the first annual House Music Compilation by WAXX TRAX! Coming out on Christmas exclusively on Beatport, and 8 weeks later, on all other stores, this compilation combines best efforts by our producers and includes two new original tracks as well as a continuous DJ mix by label boss, Neutron.

This 60 minute essential House Music Mix in addition to the absolutely beautiful selection of tracks is a start of a wonderful tradition at WAXX TRAX. Every year from now on we will collect music from our artists all over the world and put it all in a neat mix & a compilation for all the music lovers to enjoy in the years to come. This year we did it with our first ADE Techno Essentials Compilation 2015 to great reactions!

New York, NY – February 11th, 2016 – Montreal’s very own DJ and producer, Tiga, has just released a remix for his latest single, “Planet E” that comes courtesy of UK producers Dense & Pika. WAXXLP003 : Neutron - You Don't Know Me (Original Mix)

Matej Rusmir debuts with a lot of style on WAXX TRAX with his 'Umiem EP'. This astonishingly talented young producer is only sixteen at the time of releasing this record, and he has been making music for the past 4 years. Incredible, right? He plays several instruments and is also in a band, so expect a lot of music from Matej in the time to come.

Now his music has taken shape, a shape that usually comes after years of raving and crafting sounds. Matej simply feels it, and makes his own sounds under strong influence of nights spent in Drugstore club in Belgrade and music by artists like Nina Kraviz & Bjarki. These influences are personal, but don't reflect the music that much. Matej has his own signature sound and a way of layering everything down.

Enjoy slow scapes and drone sounds of the undefined orient backed by solid machine groove.
Sound is rich, but not crammed, everything has it's place.
With bits of acid here and there and mad melting pads all the way, these tracks are meant to be experienced...
