Ordia’s journey with electronic music began in the early '90s, falling in love with dance music before even understanding what it was. Influenced early on by pioneers like Jam & Spoon, Orbital, and Underworld, these formative sounds laid the foundation for a lifelong obsession.

His voice and selections have featured across numerous radio shows - from underground UK broadcasts to Melbourne’s Street FM, and even co-hosting on Kiss FM in the late '90s. Today, he's come full circle, hosting Positive Education every Monday night on Kiss FM Australia - a show known for its carefully curated sets, guest interviews and deep dives into the genre’s icons.

In particular, the 101 Series has become a fan favourite: a radio documentary-style format celebrating legendary acts like The Prodigy, Future Sound of London, Jeff Mills, Aphex Twin, and Underworld - weaving music, stories, and context into a sonic journey through their legacies.

While Ordia’s taste spans the electronic spectrum, techno remains his foundation - especially the deeper, hypnotic, melodic strains. His sets blend rolling rhythms, heavy synth basslines, and immersive atmospheres that are as entrancing as they are energising.

Based in Naarm/Melbourne, EMMYK & Tilly are renowned for their dynamic and adventurous sounds that effortlessly blend funky, groovy, and deep tracks, ensuring every performance captivates and keeps the crowd moving.

This dynamic duo has carved out a prominent place in the local music scene, securing coveted sets and residencies at Naarm/Melbourne’s most esteemed venues including Revolver, Electric, Glamorama, New Guernica, Circus, Bloom and Captain. Their consistency on the club circuit has paid dividends as they recently played at Strawberry Fields’ 15th anniversary edition in 2024 and A3 Festival in 2025! They have also showcased their skilful mixing with notable releases such as a mix for Area 3000’s ‘Ryheem Invites’ and appearance's on ‘Tilt Shift’s’ weekly live stream at New Guernica, and 'House Plant' from Eora/Sydney.

EMMYK & Tilly’s rapid ascent has seen them share the stage with an impressive array of international and local artists including Audiojack, S.A.M., Wax’o Paradiso, Black Loops, Fantastic Man, Barbara Boeing, Dee Digs, and Loods.

Bound not by genre but rather a passion for unique sounds, CHED brings a progressive approach to his carefully curated sets. With an extensive arsenal of all things House, Prog and Tech, his versatility allows him to thrive at engaging animated crowds. Taking pride in finding interesting tracks with unique sounds, CHED's passion lies in creating sets designed to intrigue and entertain.

A passion to share these sounds with others saw CHED partner with likeminded artist and long time friend Rohan Jacovelli to form the collective tech-ninth. Through this collective, CHED has hosted & supported two artists with whom he has drawn key influence from, Township Rebellion & Oliver Huntemann, and worked with some of Melbourne/Naarm’s best local talent including Charles Oliver, Gumm, Handsdown & Fabrication.
