I've been a Belgian DJ since the 90s and am inspired by retro house, jumpstyle, trance, and techno. I've gained experience in clubs and at events. Hailing from Timisoara, Romania, Bogdan Balog, known simply as Balog, is a dynamic DJ whose musical journey began in primary school with a deep-rooted passion for hip hop and breakdance. His love for music evolved during his high school years as he delved into the world of electronic music, laying a strong foundation for his future career.

In 2015, Balog was introduced to the underground music scene and found his true calling. This pivotal moment ignited his ambition to pursue a career as a DJ, blending house, deep tech and tech house vibes with dark, gritty sounds to craft his unique groove.

Balog's career took a significant leap forward in 2020 when he became a resident DJ for one of Timisoara's most iconic party concepts. Sharing the stage with notable names like Mahony, Clarkent, Mihai Popoviciu, Rin F, Brad Brunner, Dolofanul, Gammon, Venter, and many others, he quickly established himself as a formidable presence in the underground music scene.

Currently, Balog is dedicated to his craft, constantly striving to amaze and inspire with his distinct sound. His mission is to spread love and joy through his music, taking listeners on an unforgettable, dreamy journey with each performance.

In 2025, Quinta reaffirms his role as resident DJ at Nikki Beach Mallorca, Europe’s most prestigious beach club, where he now counts three consecutive summers. This year, he was also part of the BCM line-up, ranked #19 in the 100 World’s Best Clubs by Nightlife International.
The close of 2024 was historic: QUINTA was chosen to perform at the official celebration of the Spanish National Football Team after winning the UEFA Euro Cup, an event that marked a milestone in his career.
In addition, his presence was highlighted by Forbes Spain in an article about the iconic White Party of Nikki Beach Mallorca, emphasizing his role in the official kickoff to the island’s summer season.
