It’s been seven years since the Grammy Award-winning British folk-rock band released their fourth studio album, 2018’s ‘Delta.’ They recorded ‘Rushmere’ with producer Dave Cobb in RCA’s historic Studio A in Nashville. The track “Truth” grew out of a guitar riff that materialized between takes, says Ben Lovett: “The song kind of fell out of the sky.” For bassist Ted Dwane, “Caroline” is “probably the highlight” of the new album.
