Forceful grooves and trippy soundscapes here – business as usual for Junes, whose latest EP adds to a string of releases getting bagged by those looking to work the floor with tight and atmospheric rhythms. The Galdoors man's flair for unexpected combos is on parade in Circuit Rift, where a UK-style low end is flung into the mix with rough drums and 4am melodics. There's a funkier bassline and rolling groove at work in Awake, this time with rich layers of pads and blips. Brass Hand uses a different palette – a sparkling, loopy riff and crisp drums – though it's still signature Junes.

Banoffee Pies Records release their seventh digital compilation continuing the re release of previously vinyl only tracks, taken from a selection of series across the back catalog. This compilation including six minimal house / techno and drum heavy tracks. Longest standing label member Adam Stromstedt leads the way with his renowned and sought after “Reflektioner 17.19” dance floor cut form the second ever release on the label, followed by a more recent addition on the Rivershells EP from Pablo Marco in “All About” with scattered builds and complex drum rhythms. Accomplished Romanian producer Hansel! continues the flow with 10 minute classy roller in “2-16” and Larry De Kats low slung, sub heavy shakes on “Starry Nite Life”. More early additions to the Black Label series are reintroduced with blossoming producer S II P and his “Untitled” track, along with formerly Bristol based deep garage producers Christian Jay of Meld Records & Crump with “GG” to close. Technodub Seance was founded in 2011 by two producers krisz deak and ZOL with the purpose of exploring the possibilities of dubtechno. In the beginning TDS operated as an undeground movement for a handful of dubtech fans, with contemporary vinyl DJs and live act producers of Budapest - to open new gates for the timeless sound of dub and techno. The aim was not only to propagate a peripheral genre, but collect and support local producers and to keep alive the value of electronic live acts.
