Motip White marks a much anticipated return on When We Dip XYZ with the ‘Hyatt Tunnel’ EP. The producer further establishes his musical DNA through his ever-changing hi-hats, rough bass sounds and indie-inspired vocals.

'Hyatt Tunnel' sets the release off with its kick & tom groove. The siren arp creeps in along with flanged hats as the bass develops, leading into the celestial break.

On 'Skull Smile', the catchy dialogue between bassline and flickering pluck catch the ear as the groove comprised of the fleeting hi-hat and snare rolls keep energy to an hi-octane.

‘The Great Unknown’ sees Motip give a new twist to the title track, delivering an emotional vocal performance, wondering what’s to change in order to retain his ipseity.

BIO PROXYMA : 
PROXYMA discovered his passion for the music industry, both technically and creatively, 7 years ago. After completing his studies in sound engineering, he set up his own studio, working in domains such as mixing, mastering and post-production, as well as developing webradios for private clients. At the same time, he also began to develop his artistic profile and his own musical productions. 

Fully immersed in his true passion for music, PROXYMA has released several notable tracks on renowned labels such as NECHTO, EXHALE and Etruria Beat.

 In 2021, he took a crucial step by launching his own label, « The Writer B Project » which was initiated as a side project, now offering PROXYMA the freedom to express his creativity with a sound that is both retro and a modern artistic direction. »
