Techno artist and @gobsmackedrecords boss. Producing electronic music, running underground parties, and making heads spin from behind turntables since the early noughties. Owner of the Gobsmacked label and various club-nights, Diarmaid has been promoting music through releases and underground events since 2007. Also the curator of the Audio Affair Broadcast series, which airs across over 20 global stations bi-weekly.

His regular DJ sets of heavy, energetic techno sets across the planet showcase both newly released music from underground artists, and his own productions. Delivered using a precise mixing style of heavy cutting and quick blending on three turntables, which creates a blur of constant track building akin to a multi-hour crescendo of Detroit, melodic, break-beat and industrial style techno with a dark streak.

These two artists were born in different countries but in the same year (1984).

In June of 2009,  “Gabriel D’Or” & “Bordoy” decided to combine their ideas and first-class skills.
All along this period working together, the duo has performed with artists like, Planetary Assoult System, ,Slam, Ben Sims, Luke Slater or Octave One..

Since their Dj’ing career began back in 2000, they’ve have played Techno vinyls for a long time heavily influenced by producers such as Aphex Twin, Jeff Mills, Oscar Mulero, CJ Bolland, Dj Rush, Anthony Rother, Mathew Johnson, Richie Hawtin or Umek..

They’ve always known how to combine their sound engineering studies and their Dj/Producer career.

Since their first release in 2009 they’ve performed at big clubs in more than 17 different countries in Europe and America, remixing artists like Christian Wünsch, Alexander Kowalsky, Alex Under, Xpansul…

Their releases are found on big labels like Selected Records, Dynamic Reflection, Illegal Alien, Rxxistance, 1605, AnalyticTrail, Bush Records, or Golden Series to name a few of them.

    "Imagination of the Shape" is the slogan ot the current release period. The future of the label is the past and present. Or the present is the future. It depends how you look at it. Plastic City has always meant development. We will stay true our policy of releasing but quality tracks which can be heard and played in years to come. Maybe the upcoming releases will show you this again...

Dario Sorano , Berlin based Italian DJ and Techno Producer was born in Naples, Italy. He grew up listening to Electronic and Techno music and at the age of 14 he realized that he could use it to express his own personality. 
Not long after he deepened his musical knowledge by first playing acoustic drums and then electronic drums; later on he devoted his time to the analogic synthesizer’s analysis. Several years later he played his dj set in the best clubs located in the center of Naples, Italy and Europe.

    
He has collaborated and played with several techno dj and producers:
Jeff Mills,  Joey Beltram, James Ruskin, Dj  Rush, Richie Hawtin, Pan-Pot, Amelie Lens, Nina Kraviz and many more...
Now Dario Sorano has reached international scene thanks to his creativity and his music.
