Goosey makes his Hottrax debut with his two-track ‘Restless’ EP. 

Goosey draws heavily from the Ibiza institution that is DC10. His unique take on underground house has quickly found favour, with high-profile artists such as Marco Carola, Michael Bibi and Joseph Capriati supporting his work. He is one of the breakout names of 2023, taking his forward-thinking sounds to labels like CUFF and BINARY, with this new release another big step in his career. 

For the a-side 'Restless', Goosey looks to the deep house sound of 2012 - big bouncy basslines, repetitive hypnotic vocals and lots of tension on the breaks. He adds extra club focus with his take on the style so the drums hit hard and the warped bass never lets up. Adding in an alluring female vocal with plenty of attitude, you have a surefire winner. 

The superb b-side tune 'Time' all started with the vocal line and has already been played by Jamie Jones in Ibiza to a great reception. "I heard the vocal and immediately knew there was something special about it," Goosey says of the writing process, adding it is a tune very much made with Jones's Paradise parties in mind. "He often plays some quite deep stuff towards the end of the night, and for me personally, it's always those tracks that I really come away remembering." 'Time' is a dark and sensual cut with melancholic chords and vast bass enveloping the crisp tech drums. The vocal is erotic and brings sensuality to the physical drums in a way that is sure to blow up the club. 

This is a standout two-tracker from man of the moment Goosey.

Nearly a year on from their Hot Creations debut with ‘I Don’t Need That’, Derby(UK)-based DJ pairing Deltech return to Jamie Jones’ beloved imprint with ‘Funnnk’ on 28th March. Since forming in 2019, Deltech have built a reputation for slick, groove-driven productions, earning multiple Beatport #1’s and releasing on imprints like Danny Howard’s Nothing Else Matters and Mark Knight’s Toolroom. Fresh off their Repopulate Mars debut with ‘Groove With It’, Deltech now return to Hot Creations with their second release of 2025, ‘Funnnk’, pushing their studio craft even further.

Waifs & Strays are at it again, this time sliding seamlessly into the supremely sexy catalogue of Hot Creations with ‘Body Shiver’, another pair of Bristol bombs with a rowdy remix from Hot Natured to roll out the summer.

Amos Nelson and Rich Beanland aka Waifs & Strays have been making light work of sound-tracking the past few months with their funked up summer jams. From making an International impact with ‘Yeah Yeah’ on Leftroom Records to their latest smash on Futureboogie, the tour de force duo from the thriving Bristol house scene continues to unleash essential DJ weaponry to keep the party moving.

Already a highlight on Jamie Jones’ recent Fabric Album, ‘Body Shiver’ is now presented in full with an extra helping of dirty grooves on Hot Creations, the label synonymous with genre-popping funk, good times and sunnier climes. Kicking off with the electrifying ‘Body Shiver’, Waifs & Strays take the principles of house music and inject their own fresh and eclectic energy, joining the dots from classic to nu-school in an effortless style that instantly captivates the dancefloor. Punchy drums, soaring synths, melodic bassline groove, shimmering vocal snippets and old school piano stabs – all wrapped up in one lightly jacking and highly addictive package.

On the flip ‘Eat Into My Soul’ builds into a deep and heavy groover, with plenty of rolling sub-bass, beats that bite and fiercely jutting synth stabs. The cut up vocals and the distorted textures of the pads serve up layers of atmosphere within the solid groove.

Main boys Hot Natured make a welcome return with a playful remix of ‘Body Shiver’. Highlighting the vocal from the off and firing canons of spasmodic rave bleeps amongst the shaking rhythms and chopped up frequencies, the track progresses into deeper territory with the pair’s signature bassline drop, upping the groove along with electronic drops of melody and latent rise of eerie intergalactic synths.
